Beyond AI. Beyond Web3.
Beyond quantum —
the fight is about
who controls what.

Technology waves redistribute control. VoIP dismantled telecoms. Blockchain rewrote finance. AI is now reshaping how decisions are made.

As tokenised energy moves through decentralised ecosystems, funding both human and artificial intelligence, capital flows and business models are being fundamentally redefined.

The businesses that succeed will recognise that architecture is not an operational cost, but a strategic asset.

Who controls your data?

Depending on centralised platforms for data that drives your decisions is a structural risk. We design architectures where your data stays under your governance — sovereign and yours alone.

Who controls your infrastructure?

If your platform can only run on one cloud provider, your entire commercial operation is held to their terms. We build infrastructure that moves — between AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise — on your timeline, at your discretion.

Who controls the intelligence shaping your decisions?

AI built on data you don't own reflects priorities that aren't yours. We build intelligence on your data — explainable, auditable, and free from external platforms.

Business sovereignty
is a strategic decision.

Business sovereignty means your architecture never becomes a dependency. Your data remains portable. Your platform operates across the infrastructure that best serves your strategy; public cloud, private cloud, on-premise, or hybrid, with the freedom to evolve without rebuilding from scratch.

When required, we support companies seeking to reclaim control over their data, infrastructure, and AI; not as ideology, but as competitive advantage. Where commercially justified, we build systems you own rather than platforms you rent.

Proprietary Data Model

Every data source is normalised into a canonical model that belongs to your organisation — not your supplier. You control the asset definition, enrichment logic, and licensing rights, regardless of which vendors you work with.

Infrastructure Portability

We build using infrastructure-as-code so your entire stack can move to AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise — without touching the application layer. Your infrastructure follows your business decisions, not the other way around.

Provider-Agnostic by Design

Every external provider is wrapped in an adapter. If a supplier changes format, raises prices, or disappears — your core platform is untouched. Near-zero switching cost is a structural advantage, especially in fast-moving markets.

API-First Commercial Flexibility

A unified, versioned API layer means new revenue streams — data licensing, B2B analytics, Web3 extensions — are unlocked by configuration, not re-architecture. Your monetisation roadmap stays open-ended from day one.

Sovereign AI

Intelligence built on your data, within your infrastructure. Open-source models, on-premise inference where appropriate. AI that compounds in value as your proprietary dataset grows — and that no external platform can hold hostage.

Commercial Optionality Preserved

Sovereignty isn't about refusing cloud or Web3 — it's about ensuring every architecture decision preserves your freedom to act. Tokenisation, new payment rails, regional deployment: modular additions, activated when the business case is right.

What We Build

Three frontiers.
One principle: your sovereignty.

Intelligence, decentralisation, and security — the three layers on which genuine business sovereignty is built.

01

Agentic AI & Sovereign Intelligence

AI agents that operate on your data, within your infrastructure, executing decisions via smart contracts — no external dependency. Intelligence built on a proprietary dataset that compounds in value as your business grows. A capability you own, not a service you rent.

AI Agents On-Premise Inference On-Chain Execution Sovereign AI
02

Web3, Tokenisation & Digital Infrastructure

Smart contracts, tokenised asset platforms, and real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation — built as modular, optional extensions that activate when the business case is right. Decentralised by design, preserving commercial optionality without forcing architectural rework.

Smart Contracts Token Engineering RWA Platforms Trustless Infrastructure
03

Security, Identity & Future-Proof Architecture

Sovereign infrastructure is only as strong as the security layer beneath it. We design identity lifecycle systems — SSO, RBAC, API governance — and architect with post-quantum security principles in mind, positioning you ahead of an emerging shift in the cryptographic landscape.

Digital Identity API Governance Zero Knowledge Privacy by Design

AI agents meet
Web3 infrastructure

AI agents running on sovereign data, executing decisions on-chain — a model where both the intelligence and the audit trail can belong to you.

Compliance triggers, procurement thresholds, treasury operations — encoded in policy, automated by an agent, secured in a smart contract. Faster, traceable, and free from platform dependency.

When required, we support the design and build end to end: data architecture, AI reasoning layer, integration stack, and on-chain execution.

Agentic Decision Flow → On-Chain
1
Data Ingestion Agent reads segmented / sovereign data sources — internal systems, oracles, market feeds
2
Reasoning & Decision LLM or rule-based agent evaluates conditions against encoded governance policy
3
Smart Contract Trigger Decision is written to the blockchain — immutable, auditable, tamper-proof
4
Execution & Settlement Contract executes automatically — payment, access, transfer, or compliance action
Result: Sovereign Autonomous Governance

Decisions are faster, traceable, and free from platform dependency — control stays with the organisation, not the vendor.

Who We Work With

Built for where
you are right now.

Startups

Build sovereign from day one

Early architecture decisions are the hardest to undo. We help founders build on a portable, provider-agnostic foundation — so traction doesn't come at the cost of future freedom.

The Challenge

EWRC needed a platform capable of supporting an investor fundraise — commercially credible, technically rigorous, and built to scale globally without rebuilding. The architecture had to demonstrate business value before a single paying user existed.

What Was Delivered
  • Live and on-demand video platform with rights enforcement
  • Sports data ingestion, normalisation, and matching engine
  • Fan community lifecycle management with engagement signals
  • AI-powered insights, statistics, and prediction APIs
  • Fantasy League, editorial, and marketplace surfaces
  • Web3-compliant architecture preserving tokenisation optionality
Business Sovereignty Outcomes
  • Proprietary data model — no provider owns the asset
  • Full infrastructure portability — cloud or on-premise
  • Provider-agnostic by design — near-zero switching cost
  • API-first — new revenue streams by configuration
  • Web3 module isolated — activatable without core rework
"

The team fully understood what was required for the MVP to support fundraising, delivering beyond the original scope: live and on-demand video showcase capabilities, data matching, fan community lifecycle management with insights, statistics, and prediction APIs — all built on a Web3-compliant architecture designed to preserve optionality for future tokenisation.

R&D / Prototyping
The Challenge

ENOVO operates in critical energy infrastructure — electrical substations, hydro power plants, dispatch centres — where security telemetry data is highly sensitive and cloud-dependent AI is not an option. They needed an AI layer that would run entirely within their own perimeter, trained on their own operational data, with zero external dependency.

What Was Delivered
  • Market assessment and selection of the optimal open-source LLM for the use case
  • On-premise infrastructure blueprint and GPU environment specification
  • LLM trained on ENOVO's proprietary telemetry and cybersecurity dataset
  • Natural language reporting engine — operators query incidents in plain language
  • Isolated API layer decoupling the AI from the core platform
  • R&D-to-MVP roadmap including compliance knowledge base and cyberdrill generator
Business Sovereignty Outcomes
  • AI running entirely within ENOVO's own perimeter — no cloud AI dependency
  • Proprietary training dataset — intelligence no external provider can replicate
  • Provider-agnostic LLM architecture — model can be swapped without core rework
  • API-isolated AI layer — extensible to compliance, regulation, and drill generation
  • Infrastructure portable — deployable on-premise across any client jurisdiction

Context: ENOVO provides cyber resilience for energy infrastructure — substations, power plants, and dispatch centres. Their subSIEM platform collects security telemetry and generates compliance, risk, and incident reports. The AI layer built with Consekense directly accelerates incident response and reduces the operational burden of regulatory reporting — in a sector where every minute of downtime carries national consequence.

"

Consekense brought both the research rigour and the engineering discipline to make on-premise AI a reality for our platform. In a sector where data cannot leave the perimeter, having an AI layer that runs entirely within our own infrastructure — trained on our own telemetry — is not a feature. It is a fundamental requirement for operating in critical energy markets. They understood that from day one.

Platform Build / R&D
The Challenge

The Swiss 3a pension fund market had 92 products across 28 vendors — with no standardised way to compare risk, return, or cost. Incumbent providers relied on client lock-in. Independent advisors and consumers had no data-driven tools. A CHF 150 billion market was operating with near-zero transparency. No comparable service existed in Switzerland or internationally.

What Was Delivered
  • Cloud platform with API layer serving scientific pension fund comparison data
  • Risk profiling engine personalising fund recommendations by investor profile
  • Fund comparison with 3, 5 and 30-year ROI projection and value growth visualisation
  • Canton-level tax savings calculator integrated with fund selection
  • B2B2C architecture enabling licensing to banks, advisors, and online media platforms
  • First independent 3a comparison platform in Switzerland — no prior equivalent existed
Business Sovereignty Outcomes
  • Proprietary data model — scientific IP owned by the consortium, not by any fund provider
  • API-first — new distribution channels and revenue streams by configuration
  • Independent from incumbents — data reflects performance, not provider interests
  • Infrastructure portable — cloud platform designed for B2B licensing across markets
  • First-mover platform — no competitive equivalent domestically or internationally at launch

Context: The 3ATLAS consortium brought together HEG-FR (academic research and independent 6-monthly survey of Swiss 3rd pillar funds), I4E (FinTech ecosystem access, including connections to Level39 London), and Consekense as the implementation partner — delivering the technology platform, API layer, and product infrastructure that turned scientific data into a commercially deployable service.

"

The Consekense approach toward gathering and delivering value from the Swiss Pension Data market was impressive. They understood the ecosystem — the regulatory context, the commercial structure, the data sensitivity — not just the code. They translated complex independent research into a platform that financial institutions could actually use.
